I am a fully qualified freelance proofreader who has been providing a proofreading service to businesses and individuals for over ten years. Trained by The Publishing Training Centre, I am also a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and have an honours degree in English-based subjects.

 

I have 20 years' commercial experience gained mainly within the hospitality industry, with over 10 years in strategic procurement writing tender documents and service level agreements.

 

As well as a freelance proofreader, I am a qualified EFL teacher which has given me the ability to understand the material created by writers whose first language is not English.
